Last updated: January 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dignity Mobility website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dignity Mobility (enterprise number K2025384498), registered in South Africa.
2. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout process.
3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
7. Warranties
All products come with a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Dignity Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dignity Mobility or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
