💰 What you pay vs. what Merits pays: Merits Health Products covers the cost of the defective parts. You are responsible for labour, service calls, transportation, freight, and installation costs related to warranty repairs.

🔧 New or refurbished parts: Merits may choose to repair your chair with either new or refurbished parts, at their discretion.

⏰ Parts bought outside warranty: Replacement parts purchased on their own have a 90-day window to report a manufacturing defect.

📋 State law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
